Exactly 24 hours later...

So, I was praying it would look better 24 hours after-the-accident, but it's not looking too good. He was too self-conscious to go to school this morning, so he's hanging out here with me, Blake and my parents. Hopefully he'll look a little better by Wednesday morning for our trip to Gatlinburg! Here's to hoping anyway!!!

Hey Grant,

I'm thinking that maybe a home-delivery of your favorite ice cream from DQ might be just the cure for your black-n-blues today? Whaddya say, cutie pie? Ask Mommy if she thinks it'd be ok ~ and if she says "yes", then my 2 cuties & I will be on our way, DQ in hand!

Give me a call Beth & let me know, k?? :)

xoxo

I agree about St. Vincent ER by the way!! It's worth the drive for EXCELLENT care! Well, you guys take care and call if you need me to take Blake for a while or if there's anything I can do to help!! Thinking of you and praying for ya Bethie!! Your such a great Mommy!! Love you! Shan Shan

That is a nice one! So this is the life! I loved your previous blog and the message of Christ. It is amazing when we get swept away in God's love and what He did for us how our perspective on our own situation changes. Your children are so blessed to have such a great mother. (oh great father too Shawn...but you are away on business...ha!)

So sorry about this. We were thinking about you all day. Sorry you couldn't finish out the weekend with us; you were missed and we all gathered and prayed for Grant.

We love you guys.

Those boys!!! I can't believe we haven't been to the ER yet with Joshua, but at least now I know where to take him when the time comes! Tell Grant we're praying for a speedy recovery. The boys looked so handsome...and Mom looked great, too!

I wondered why I didn't see you at church on Sunday morning. So sorry to hear that you were in the ER. I can only imagine the headache the poor thing had! Let Grant know that he looks 'tough' with his black eye!

Welcome Home Beth & Gang!!! I hope your time in Gatlinburg was AwEsOmE ~ with no injuries & no accidents!! You planned it well ~ one week to send the kiddos back to school before they're home for Spring Break!! Woo hoo!!

Can't wait to see you soon & see all of your keepsake pics from your trip! Katie will be thrilled too, b/c she just didn't understand WHY the Guts couldn't come over to play in the Liller's basement while they were gone on vacation ~ bless her heart, she was just SURE that should be ok!! ;)

Love you! Call me when you get your wits about you today! ;)

Love ~ Wen
